Beyond our event rental items and excellent customer service, The Rental Company offers non-traditional products, including free CAD set-up for your party and Green Event/Wedding coordination. CAD set-up enables our clients to get a bird's eye view of the event space layout, making sure it is not only appropriate for your venue, but that adequate seating and table space exists. Additionally, we can perform a free site inspection, helping to avoid those unpleasant suprises the day of your set-up. During the inspection, we will review the level of the ground for tents, stage and dance floor set up, check for the size of the area and for any landscape issues. As we all become more aware of our impact on the environment, Green Event/Wedding planning can help ensure your event is in step with your everyday life. We have prepared valuable tools that can make planning a Green Event an affordable and pleasureable experience. We also offer ideas for local vendors and venues in many price points that we have had great experiences with.
